The Abersychan Dental Health Plan is a tailor-made scheme that has been carefully designed to meet the particular needs of our patients and reflects our preventative philosophy.

The Aberplan also includes 10% discount off Independent fees for any additional dental treatment required & any dental products bought at the practice.

A CHOICE OF 3 PLANS

• There is a once only £5 registration fee to cover the administration to set up the plan
• You will be required to complete a monthly direct debit mandate
• If you prefer to pay on an annual basis this can be arranged

As a valued patient of our practice, we are introducing a patient payment plan in recognition of the support you, as a patient, have given us over the years. We have designed The Abersychan Dental Health Plan to provide what we feel is the best and most affordable way of looking after our patients in the future. As our intention is to focus very firmly on working with our patients to prevent future dental problems, it is essential that we continue to see patients at regular intervals to screen their dental health and to help them control the factors that cause tooth and gum disease. This means regular dental health checks and preventative scaling and polishing.

The plan has been specifically designed to accommodate requests and suggestions we have had from patients over the years. By paying monthly, we believe you will come to see us at the right intervals and that gives you the best chance of staying dentally healthy long term.

We have designed the plan so that you only pay for the treatment you receive within your band. The cost incurred is no more than you would pay if you were a private patient. As an extra ‘thank you’ for being a regular patient a 10 % discount for any additional dental treatment required is offered and on any dental products bought at the practice

The plan has been deliberately designed so you do not have to be dentally fit to join. You will not be assessed on the state of your mouth and do not have to undertake any expensive course of treatment to be accepted.
